Good Sign Bad Sign No Sign

Here's a brief photo essay on the political signs sprouting up all over town.
It looks like the campaign is in full swing, but the independent candidates for city council Stan Bell, Dennis Vandygriff and Vicky Vandygriff aren't advertising yet.

The signs above are well readable, but have incomplete statutory notices.

But the group of 4 signs below... well you can see how much magnification is required to read the statutory notices.

We hope to see ALL the candidates' signs soon.

You will soon be seeing our signs as well. In years past, over zealous candidates and their followers have damaged and removed opponents signs. We intend to put our signs out closer to the actual voting date. Thank you.

Isnt Tiny's sign wrong? Isnt she required to state that she is up for re-election? Is she trying to decieve the public? Does she not want anyone to know that she is part of the problem and not part of the solution?
Just asking!!

Our understanding of the Ethics Commission Rules and Election Statutes is that incumbents are permitted but not required to use the term"Re-elect".
