Allegedly unrequested mail-in ballots for the November election started appearing in Wilmer mail boxes today.
This story arrived too late in the day to get any comment from Dallas County Election Department Chief Bruce Sherbet. But this isn't the first time there have been irregularities surrounding mail-in ballots in Dallas County.
