First Responder to Receive Award

At tonight's City Council Meeting, Mr. Jim Schwartz, President of CareFlite will present Mr. John Mueller with a First Responder award.


Mr. Mueller was nominated by his peers on the Wilmer Fire Department to recognize his unselfish contributions to the safety and welfare of the citizens of Wilmer.He is a part time firefighter/EMT that contributes both in a paid and volunteer capacity when needed. Mr. Mueller is a full time medical school student and still contributes his spare time to assist the Wilmer Fire Department when requested.
