Halloween night (October 31) from 7pm - 9pm dispatchers from the Wilmer Police Department are going to be passing out candy in the front lobby area of the Wilmer PD - Halloween bags that will contain candy, a Frisbee, some safety informational items and a few other small gift items for kids and adults alike.
