Sunridge Business Park Gets New Tenant

Sunridge Business Park is getting a new tenant for about half of the 520,00 square foot cross dock facility at 101 Sunridge Drive. Build-out construction is currently underway. Although the new tenant isn't identified in the attached press release, the Dallas Business Journal announced last month that Arch Chemicals Inc. (NYSE:ARJ) would be consolidating two distribution centers in Wilmer. Congratulations!


Wilmer, TX - September 8, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — US Industrial REIT II, an affiliate of USAA Real Estate Company, recently leased 286,000 square feet within its I-45 Tradeport 1 distribution facility, located at 101 Sunridge Blvd. in Southeastern Dallas County, to an undisclosed tenant. The 520,000-square foot cross dock warehouse is competitively situated just off the access road to Interstate 45 near the UP Dallas Intermodal Terminal and is also part of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport’s North Foreign Trade Zone 39. Other amenities of the Tradeport 1 property include 47 dock doors, ESFR sprinkler system, 44 trailer positions with expansion room, 140 foot truck courts and the ability to add perimeter security fencing for CT-PAT compliance.
