Chief of Police Victor Kemp

In a press release issued today by Mayor Jeff Steele, Sr. Sergeant Victor Kemp has been promoted to Chief of Police, having filled the position since the termination of former Chief Robert Wells. The appointment of a new Chief requires ratification by the City Council (see agenda items for the August 6, 2009 meeting).
