Unilever Grand Opening Event

The newly completed Unilever Distribution Center will host a Grand Opening Event on Friday, March 6, at 9:30AM. The public is invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony and welcome Unilever to our fair city.

Unilever's distribution center in Wilmer, Texas will consolidate both the food and home consumer products unlike any other facility the company has in the U.S. The new facility is expected to bring approximately 100 full time jobs to the area.

Steve Innes, VP of Supply Chain - Unilever US, will speak at the event and introduce the new facility. Wilmer Mayor Jeff Steele and the Mayor of the City of Lancaster, Marcus Knight, are among the local government officials expected to attend.

Unilever is located located at 201 Sunridge Drive in the Sunridge Business Park. Take Pleasant Run Road east of I-45 to Sunridge Drive and turn right. The Unilever facility, at over 800,000 square feet, occupies the largest building in the park.
