Three eye witnesses told The Ellis County Press that law enforcement connections resulted in accused street racers of getting out of a ticket, and today, we learn that twin brothers Troy and Roy... - are "constantly" in trouble, according to Wilmer Police. It was also revealed that Troy and Roy's aunt is a former Wilmer PD dispatcher still employed with the city, and that she is "living with" (according to city officials we spoke with today) a former Wilmer/Hutchins PD officer.
