Sunridge Business Park Filling Out

Mike Rader and Sunridge Business Park were featured in an article by the Dallas Business Journal on Monday, October 6. Click Here to Read the Dallas Business Journal article.

It looks like Sunridge Business Park is filling out with the upcoming opening of the Unilever Distribution Facility and the announcement of Tradeport II, another 800,000 square foot plus multi dock facility.

The article in the Dallas Business Journal quoted Rader as being in favor of an I45 development plan, recently discussed by Commissioner John Wiley Price at the September 18 Wilmer City Council meeting.

US Industrial REIT II, a $450 million fund sponsored by USAA Real Estate Co., has purchased the Tradeport I facility (520,000 square feet) recently completed at Sunridge Business Park and will be a major investor in the planned Tradeport II development. Tradeport II is estimated to be a $28 million facility.

Rader is quoted as saying, "There’s just an immense opportunity for economic growth here".
