No Quorum at Special Council Meeting

It was no surprise when Mayor Don Hudson "called" the Special City Council Meeting at 7:40PM for lack of a sufficient quorum. Council members Rolison and Lowe were absent and Tiny Lange arrived somewhat late.

Nothing of note - no business was conducted.
The special meeting on budget and tax rate for 2009 will again be scheduled for the regular October 2 council meeting at 7:30PM.
